I have purchased Lenovo A369i IMEI/Serial #:86561802 9029413 mobile in 19 Apr 2015 from Paytm. After some time (Sept 2015) i was faced a little bit issue in the mobile display issue is that mobile display color (little blurred) has been change in the down part of the display. When i submitted my mobile to the Lenovo Service center name: Raghuvanshi InfoTech at Muzaffar Nagar (UP) that time they said “Your mobile model is old we will send your mobile to the company.” After 4 days i got a call from Raghuvanshi InfoTech service center and they said that your mobile display is damaged and you have to pay for it. Then i told him kindly revert my mobile and when i got the mobile from service center that time my mobile display were cracked and two cracked mark were there and totally screen were white when i told him for that condition then they told that when we are trying to remove your display that time it happened and say we can’t do anything about it. Right now my mobile display in completely not working and i can’t do anything in my mobile. I have Lenovo Service Record Receipt and number: SRIN1741509250002.
I have reciept copy and they wrote in that receipt “when submitted mobile that time display working fine only some color problem and now display is completely cracked & white .” The reciept is attached with this mail please find and do the needful.

Please do the needful ASAP.
