Aparna Constructions have delayed their Project Aparna CyberZon in Hyderabad by more than 6 months and even after the expiry of their grace period, they are not ready to pay compensation to their customers. We have been following up on this issue with them since last 2 months, but they are simply not willing to listen. Please help us in getting proper compensation from the builder.

We have lost a monthlly rental of about Rs.20000/- per month due to the delay in Project from Aparna side. We request you have us compensated for the monthly rental for each month of delay from Aparna Constructions. We request you have us compensated for the monthly rental loss that we have suffered for each month of delay from Aparna Constructions. The approx. monthly rental is about Rs.20000/- per month
