SendMyGift – Deficiency in Service

I had made an online purchase for delivery of a gift on the website “sendmygift.com” on 09-Feb-16, the order number is 145044802. Till today the gift has not been delivered. I have enquired through their call centre and every time was promised delivery within 4 hrs. When I enquired about cancelling the order, I was asked to send an email to cs@sendmygift.com. I sent the cancellation request on 03-Mar-16. Till date there has been no qualified response or a resolution to my issue. Also I wrote an email to Paytm through whom the payment was processed, even they are not very responsive.

The deficiency in service has caused me much mental agony since the gift was intended on an occasion. The fact that my money is also lost in this issue. I expect full refund of the money spent which is INR.599/- and a compensation that you may deem fit. Also strict action may be taken against the portal, so that they do not repeat such incidents.
