Dear Sir, The complainant is a senior citizen and also a state service pensioner. A tenant resident at Flat 202, May Shree Apartment, 6/13 Brodiepet, Guntur 522002. I shifted to this flat during April 2016, and the maintenance charges are collected double the amounts against the actual expenditure incurred. As a tenant I objected and registered my dissatisfaction and endorsed the same in the book (old dairy) but of no use. One by name Mr. Anjaneyulu, owner of 101 Flat is the President / Secretary of the unofficial association collecting amounts at their whims and fancies. I felt I am robbed by these owners of the Flat and sought the Consumer Forum to intervene and provide me justice and also guidance as how I can place my appeal/grievance before the honorable forum for redress.
