My Jio SIM is still not activated and I am still waiting for tele verification message. I got the first message on 24/09/2016 of “thank you for choosing jio…” My jio no. is 7002090434 and my order no. is NO0000 0BINQ5 and I am from Guwahati, Assam. Please help me in activating my jio sim.

I have submitted all the necessary documents to the dealer but the distributer(bali r/o sunderbani distt rajouri (j&K)) not giving any proper response in spite of all of this he is also demanding for rupees but, as per my knowledge jio sim is free for all 4g customers.

Dear sir, I went to get jio sim with my barcode 555710 76618. But while trying to get with the barcode the system showing the barcode was redeemed. Where I didnt used the same. Please rectify my problem. Thanks.
