Apollo Insurance- Delay Claim No Customer Care

Its been 3-4 months now, struggling for a health claim. I have a health Insurance policy with Apollo for last 5 years. All the premiums are paid on time. Now this is the first claim. I was asked for some further requirements which have been submitted a months back. Now when I ask for the claim the only revert what I get is ‘It is under process’. I have asked many times for the reason for delay. The customer care people have no answer to that and they cannot even connect with the concerned person/team. I am helplessly waiting for the claim as there is no one responsible to give the reason for delay.

If I do not pay my premium on time company charges a penalty on that. Same way they should also pay me some penalty for the delay.
