We have bought AMC for IFB washing machine. Now the pump of machine is gone bad and rinse function is not working. The Service guys are refusing to replace the pump and telling stories to replace other parts which are not in AMC. Every time they have same excuse.Eigher they want to sell some junk additives and never fix the issue.

Wasing machine is not working and we have to wash all cloths by Maid who is asking extra money for washing cloths.

We want the machine to be fixed and faulty part replaced.
