on 8th of aug i was travelling form Ahmedabad to Kolkta in spicejet flight no SG873,and when i reached Kolkata i did not received my chec n baggage(one black strolly bag)i complained and recd a baggage regularity report(no 57060),but since that day not heard from airlines managment ,every time i call have to explain everything to a new person and they reply that they wil cal back but that doe snot happen. I would like to inform one more thing that on 8th aug the servers of spicejet were down and we were given handwritten boarding pass, and in my boarding pass it was written whereas it should have been ahd to ccu ,however i reached Kolkta without any chk(a major lapse on airlines part)but my baggage did not reach.kindly help me in this negligence of airlines part .
