It was pleasure to talk with Mr. Sudarshan as per our telephonic conversation he said Mr. Devidas ( Sorry for Miss communicating the name in my earlier mails) who behaved rudely as mentioned.

Again I went to Apollo Pharmacy champapet OPP – Sama Narsimha Reddy Gardens as intimated by Mr.Sudarshan that he will Apologize? He did not apologize and again he is behaving rudely, i also forcefully went his route enough is enough.

My sincere suggestion and advise to your organization he is mentally retired hurt or he don’t know the value and word of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Please giving him a training how to behave with the customers.

Why i am forcing this complaint because the way he behaved and the pain given to me should not give to others.
