I have paid 1175Rs for Landline broadband connection on 17th August, 2015. But till now i can’t get connection. I have gone to BSNL Ofiice for more then ten times, everytime they says- “next day”. For that i didn’t go school for 7 days, because there are no one stayed in home from 10am to 5pm for government job. Again today i was go to bsnl office, for want my cash back. they told it’s not possible. they will give me connection on tomorrow 10am. Now, after 10 time harassed i have decide if i don’t get connection or my cash back on tomorrow, i will go to police station.
The branch is in Kailashahar (Pincode – 799277), Tripura.

Why you put some of these kind stupid in customer care service?
