I had booked 3 nights in hotel mount view resort in devanahally near bangalore for 3 nights from 3 aug 2015.vendor booking ID- 0002556802 the hotel was 2-3 star with wi-fi etc. my son was working in an international company, he needed internet very badly. the hotel was very bad, with anti social elements and dirty linen. there was no WI-FI as promised.i checked out after 1 2hours, as i could not stay there. it was awful. though it was mentioned non refundable, the agency- go ibibo and the hotel generally modify or amend the booking and refund the amount. in my case, they have not refunded inspite of several mails. hotel manager is telling lies that we stayed for full 3 nights, when in fact we checked out next day itself.
