I was sold an old battery for my apple laptop at the price of new one by an authorized service provider. Coz it was an authorized store i trusted that they will put the new battery in, so i only got to know about this when i got back home.

I want a new battery. Plus a warning or action taken against the manager. Since, it appears that manager was onto something as he was reluctant to give me an invoice. But only on my insistence he gave me invoice.
