Panasonic phone – Manufacturing Defect, No Customer Service

HI, I purchased a Panasonic phone from Reliance digital store located at “In-Orbit” Mall, Hyderabad. Details are: Date of Purchase: 13th March, 2014 Date of submitting the phone to Reliance Digital Showroom: 15th March, 2014 Address of Reliance Digital Showroom: Shop No:64, Level LG, Inorbit Mall, Vittal Rao Nagar, Hitech City, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh 500081 (Phone: 040-40122233) On the first day of purchasing the phone, I noticed the manufacturing defects in the phone. 1) While taking on the phone, speaker creates a lot of noice. 2) Phone vibrates when speaker is turned On. 3) Due to noice of the speaker, it causes headache too. Within two days I reported the defects in the phone to the Reliance Digital Showroom. After checking the phone they accepted the fault in it and submitted the phone with them. Then, they sent the phone to the Panasonic repair center. Afterfew days, when we inquired about the status of the phone with the service center, they said that they have repaired it and changed the software of the speaker of the phone. However, when went to the Panasonic service center to collect the phone, still the problem was same. They again submitted the phone with them. However, even after repeated follow up, neither repaired the phone nor they were ready to return back the money. Phone is still with them. I would like to get compensation for the phone as well as the trouble caused by it to me. Point to be noted is that I didn’t even use the phone for one-two days and reported the problem immediately. Can you please help me in getting the proper compensation from the Panasonic ? Thanks !! Regards, Sahil Bansal

I would like to get compensation for the: 1) Original cost of the phone (including the additional warranty which I took): 7241 Rs (bill is attached) 2) Interest on the cost of the phone: 1000 Rs 3) Wastage of time and money in repeated followup: 12000 RS 4) Cost of the temporary phone which I needed to purchase: 1100 RS 5) Poor service provided to me by the Service Center: 2000 RS
