i have an apple iphone -4 which i had purchased on 0/10/13 and it was replaced after two week because of swelling of battery then the phone was damaged and it was again replaced on 11th Dec.2013 with additional money Rs.9100.00 after the mobile was replaced again the mobile got with the IMEI no 013664007799362 had a problem freezing incoming and outgoing calls about 3 to 4 times in a day. I complained about this problem to the service center in kanpur in march they reseted it & gave it back but after a week the same problem of freezing restarted.Again complain to the service center once’s but they again told me no use internet on phone or download any applications but the problem remains the same then i again complain to the service center then they asked to change the network and change the SIM in to microSIM. After doing that the problem of freezing again started. So we agin went to the service cener they agin reset it three times but phone was still frezzing. And then asked to call on Customer Care. The customer care one’s listen to the complain of ours and the also told us to reset the phone. After that we took the Video of frezing of the mobile by another mobile and shown to the service center one’s. They submitted our mobile on 29 august 2014 & told us they will diagnosed the mobile but after a week they told us that they can not detect any problem on it.Then we complain to the customer care off apple and they give us a caseID 658299785 and 658336023 and their executive told us that they will see the problem with the service center. But after calling them about five to six time in a week they were not able to do anything about this problem . The apple Customer care executive also demanded for the video of freezing.we gave them the video but still they told that they con not do anything about the problem and told me take back it from Service Center.

I am very annoyed and harassed by this type of problem which i am facing from last six to seven month. I have not used my phone for last six to seven month even i could not used any application and internet.
