I had submitted my iPhone 5S for repair on 16th September. When I received the phone back on 19th September, it was dented on the back side. They refuse to replace the back panel.
1. I am without a phone for 7 days now. 2. My phone costing 53000 is damaged and they are not replacing. 3. The back screen guard was also damaged (removed) by them.
I just want them to 1. Replace the back panel or the phone. 2. Replace the back screen guard
