On 4/09/2014 received a SMS from company of double talktime offer against which recharge was done for the amount of Rs 70 on the very same day evening on around 7.45 pm.Balance of Rs70 received but the remaining balance of Rs 70 not received on account after 24 hrs as per the msg received from company.After calling up the customer care when proper response not received from their end,mail had been forwarded on 14/09/2014 to their customer care with all the details of the incident and the response of their customer service executive. Only false consolatory words of solving the issue in the next two working days which didn’t happened till date came as response over the mail. Every time I provide the details of the issues asper their requirement but after that also they forward a new mail and asking for the same details in different way. Now as I have understood that they are only pending the issue and not genuinely interested for the solution.
I want the entire balance to get credited for which I had to face this type of purposeful harassment.
