Datawind.com – Device volume key not working

Dear Sir,I have purchased pocketsurfer3G5 on 16/3/2014. But device volume key was not working. so I have sent the device to your factory for repairing on 30052014.I have submitted the same to authorized service provider of datawind OM SERVICES JALGOAN.Ticket id is 0518MH24695, IMEI-1 911345150063425,JOB SHEET NO..LKASCMH005J47. Any Mobile company should specify the days to give back repaired mobile. please arrange to refund my mobile price from MS Datawind. due to there such services I getting suffered. I am not getting clear picture whether they will give back or not. due to that for home use I am getting confusion if I buy new mobile or again wait.so it will my privileges if it is arrange to get back my money with interest of three months.thanks and regards,madhusaudan Jadhav
