On advice of Apple I have upgraded my iPhone operating system and now phone is hanging and slowing down for which Apple has no explanation. It is over one month now the problem is consistent. Executives of Apple callus and do not provide right solution rather add to difficulties. I have suffered professional and personal loss due to this. Every I call Apple for some help, some or the other excuses are given to me. The operating system is not fit for iPhone 4s and deliberately I am being made to suffer. My phone is under warranty.

I would want a compensation of Rs 5,00,000 plus an iPhone 4s or a refund of handset with a compensation of Rs. 5,00,000
