This is with reference to ‘Games Club’ downloading charges i.e. Rs.35 applied in my mobile bill since last four months. This are erroneous charges for services not opted further I have also sent ‘STOP’ to 155223 nos. on 29th July,2014 for deactivation as I use to get sms from VM-VFCARE and in that sms it was mentioned to deactivate ‘SMS STOP to 155223’. The above action to deactivate was done as preventive, but had never opted for your ‘Games Club’. Would also like to mention VAS is service which should be opted by the customer but not compel customer by sending frequent SMS/messages and than charging in the bill for things not opted or disguised by saying it is opted or used. With regards to charging for services not opted or compelling customer and forcing them to say it is opted is wrong. Since this downloading being an VAS, it should only be activated if opted for it.
