I have purchased an HCL ME Y2 tablet from India times Shopping on 15th October 2014. This tablet failed to work on second day. I tried to contact HCL support for 3 days and no one is picking up or answering on their tablet section. Finally I found out a service center in Cochin and gave the tablet for service. According to them this tablet is out dated and it will take another 3 months to get the replacement of faulty mother board. While reporting this to India times they asked me to collect a DOA (Dead on arrival) Letter from HCL. But HCL is neither ready to give the replacement or DOA letter. I haven’t used the tablet for not even on day. Kindly register a complaint for this case and avail justice for me. I can provide all email communication details I have done with all HCL authorites. But no one is responding back. Expecting your kind action regarding this.

I need to get a replacement for this tab from HCL or Indiatimes shopping at the earliest.
