On 27th/Nov, I travelled (with Ticket number 24707244) in the APSRTC Super Luxury service (5834/CRL-BHEL) bus number AP29Z 5158, from KaramChedu (Prakasam District) to S.R.Nagar, Hyderabad. That Super Luxury bus was having loose Windows . Those noisy Window glasses disturbed throughout travel during sleeping in night. Please do justice with suitable compensation in this regard.

I hope the APSRTC government is covered under the Consumer Laws even though it maybe a government organization but I did not get the service promised and even when I went to complain at the Bus Stand I was given a Deaf Hearing in this matter and thus my complaint escalation.
