Down Payment of Rs.3110/- was made by a cheque no.104588 dt.13/09/13 to the salesman named Shri Krishnendu.Dutta who came to my residence for a Demo(without instrument). He also took three postdated cheques from me for making payment in 3 iequal nstalments. On the 2nd day of installation of the machine I found that the water container in the machine was full with sediments and an odor was there in the processed water which also contains some sediments.

I tried to inform the matter to Krishnendu Dutta but could not contact him over phone On 28/09/2013 I lodged a complaint in their Helpdesk with request to replace the UV+ machine with a RO+ machine. The mechanic who came to service ,my earlier machine Named Moloy Bera on 24/09/2013 told me that UV+ machine is quite unsuitable in New Town Area and only RO+ machine should have been supplied. On 23rd October Some Mr. Rakesh from the Office of Eureka Forbes in Salt Lake informed me that the machine will be replaced within a few days after completeing the formalities and if I pay the difference of the cost of two machines. The UV+ machis costs Rs.12990/- & RO+ machine costs Rs.14990/= I agreed to pay the difference of Rs.2000/- On 28/11/2013 Mr. Krishnendu Dutta called me in my mobile and informed me that the machine will be replaced if I pay Rs..7920/- immediately.
