I am doing business on travels at Chennai which includes hiring a car such as Tavera, Tempo traveler etc., for various purpose. In order to expand my business by giving an advertisement on just dials Pvt. Ltd., I contacted them and explained about our business. They suggested taking tour packages on PLATINUM DIAMONDS under few key words like Tour packages for Goa, Kerala etc,. For this, they asked me to pay as an annual amount of Rs.84000/- towards just dial. I paid Rs.21000/- as initial amount and remaining planned to be paid by ECS debit. But I have not yet received even a single call enquiring about hiring a car. Though I am receiving numerous calls per day, they all are about arranging bus tickets train tickets and flight tickets only. I explained to Mr. Kannan who is in-charge of just dial at Chennai. He directed me to close the bank account so that you can stop your ECS debit. I requested him that I would like to switch over to COMBO plan from the PLATINUM DIAMONDS plan by adjusting the earlier paid amount. But he is refusing and insisting to close the bank account.
