Aquafresh .Annual Maintenance Contract

I am being harassed by the employees of Aquafresh RO, Dwarka, New Delhi. I bought an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) on 12.Oct.2012 from them. I have been calling them up since 28.June.2013. Half of the time, they don’t pick up the phone. The other half, they say that they are sending a technician in an hour’s time. But nobody comes. The water from Aquafresh is stinking and is not suitable for drinking purpose. Now they have recognised my number and do not pick up the phone. If I try from some other number, they’d pick up and as soon as I tell who I am, they disconnect the call. I am extremely upset at this behaviour. Teena, Gitanjali and Priyanka are the three women who pick up the call. And all of them behave in the same way. I have warned them that I’d file a case in Consumer Court but they laugh and disconnect the call. Apparently, the manager there is some Vijay Sharma who is never in the office when I ask the three women. Please tell me what can be done about it. I am a student of MBA at IIM Kozhikode, Kerala. Back at my home in New Delhi, my father is out of town for some business purpose and my mother had just got a surgery done and is unable to go out of the house. My parents are in deep trouble. My family has contracted stomach infection because of water. Also, the mental harassment we all have to undergo by calling them up atleast 10 times in a day. We have spent so much money in making calls since last 20 days.

I want them to service my RO as per the AMC.
