Dear Sir, our Aquafresh was repaired and not filtering the water so we called M/s Aqua Fresh R.O. System for attending the problem in the following no. 9999928xxx, 9999456xxx, 01145768993 and they sent their representative to resolve the problem. we have paid for his services charges for Rs. 200/- but the problem was not shorted out so we once again called up their above board on for same problem no. they sent their representative . Instead of resolving the problem they forced us to take the AMC for water purifier. He also refuse to take the cheque and asked to Cash of Rs. 3000/-. Due to regular problem and their every visit charges is of Rs. 200/- so we entered into AMC on 08 Nov 2014 . Next fifteen days the machine was not working and we called up to AMC provider but they are not attempting the problem due to this we are facing difficulties. I am also enclosing herewith the invoices and their detail for your kind perusal and needful please.

Dear Sir, I want to cancelled their ISO Certificate and license for trading the machine and fraud ding, cheating and harassment of consumer.
