I purchased a mobile on 02-July-2014 with 1 year service warranty. The mobile handset is having issue. The GPRS services does not work on handset. I have given handset to the service provider almost 2-3 times but the return me in the same position and last time when i asked them to repair the issue. They refused to resolve the issue. I am very frustrated with services provided by them and even not trying to resolve them. The phone model is Micromoax A36.

I want my phone must work in normal condition without any issue.
