Vodafone – Deduction Balance & Pathetic Customer Service

Hi Vodafone Team (or whoever manages this fb account), I’m pasting below an email that I’ve sent to vodafonecare.guj@vodafone.com. It has been 6 days, and I’m yet to receive any response from you guys. I’ve never received services worse than this. I hope to get a response here. Hi Team, I’m writing this email with sheer disappointment and irritation that I’m feeling for being a Vodafone customer for so many years. Today, in the evening (probably around 7:00 p.m.), I called your Complaint Only (198) to complain about the phone balance (which was somewhere close to 80 INR) that shockingly got vanished. I expected a reasonable explanation as I supposed it to be a technical glitch and a feasible solution for the inconvenience; however, on the contrary, I ended up being humiliated after three repetitive calls (as the previous two were disconnected), irrationally long on-hold time, and topping everything, the supervisors denied talking to me when I asked for it. Even, my last call (the fourth and last attempt) was disconnected. The customer service agents tried to get rid of my calls and offered me solutions like calling some Bindu Nayar (09825000xxx), which by the way came as out of service when I tried calling it. None, none tried understanding the problem; leave alone empathizing.
