Aquagard RO – Poor Quality product no service

With a great disappointment I am drafting this mail, I have bought Aquagard Enhance RO+ UV dated 14/05/2014 and Order number 204037179. Machine is in the name of Bhimashanker Sujera and the machine was installed on 20/5/2014 after using it for hardly 20 days now machine has stopped functioning. Mt first complaint was made on 23/6/2014 on 39883333 but failed to get any response, post that my other calls where as follows 25/6/2014 = 1.22 PM spoke with Jyoti 26/6/2014 = 5:36 PM spoke with Swapnil message on REQ 28/6/2014 : 1:15 Vaishali she said will transfer call to senior and kept me hold without making me speak to his senior and later call went on automatic mode. Spoke to Sales office from were I received this machine 0250 3203093/3202885 and gave me number of Mr Ganesh 9920966878 I tried him atleast 20 times but he didn’t responded. I bought this machine because earlier I was very satisfied with the product and service of Aquagard, I am been using Eureka forbes machine since 1995 and been your AMC customer since then without fail. (MAchine used ST 2000) Just to continue with Brand Loyalty I bought this machine where competition like Kent, HLL, Livpure where offering me at better price I chose Aquagard ( which seems to be my mistake

5100 spent on getting mineral water just because of no service from Aquagard and want my money back for machine installed will go for other brand. Also i tried all means for making complaint which includes calling on 39883333, detailed mail on customercare@eurekaforbes.com, calling Vasai sales office 0250 3203093/3202885 they gave me number of Mr ganesh 9920966xxx I tried him atleast 20 times but he didn’t responded. All service guys are seem to be slept and taken oath of not giving service.
