Aquaguard – Faulty Equipment replacement delay

Bought new aquaguard magna from My Reddy(903632xxx) on 15th Sept 2014. Equipment stopped working within 2 weeks. After raising complaint 3 technicians visited. The 3rd one Mr Jairam(9964863xxx) said that the equipment needs to be replaced. Raised an equipment replacement request(id: 90667xxx). However, even after following up multiple times no resolution yet. It is almost 3 weeks now.

Want the equipment to be either replaced with a new one or refund of money so that we can buy one from some other company.
