Reliance Network – Intra calling facility not honoured

Hi, My name is prashant and I have recently ported loop to reliance network. My concern is your outlet in kurla not giving me proper service like I had raised request for below: Need to activate intra calling facility in below two numbers 9870250xxx and 9664477xx both are my numbers No bill to be sent on my postal address, send on my email prashantasalvi@gmail.com I opted for 99 plan and 350 has been activated Response from outlet manager: We cant activate intra calling from here call customer care We cannot take your request for e bill from here It will take 15 days to convert your plan from 350 to 99, we cannot activate from here. After listening all rubbish I called customer care Mr. Prashant (executive) and he spoke to the store manager and still he (mgr) was not taking the responsibility. Then I said il escalate this to Reliance he said ‘jisko karna he karo’ This is ridiculous, I never expected this. Please advice and confirm when my issues will be resolved. Thanks Prashant 9870250xxx Hi, I dont know what to say about this pathetic service you are providing to me. Is Your store manager a dog you have kept in kurla store to bark on the customers? Yesterday when asking on the status of my CUG service activation the manager of kurla reliance store misbehaved and abused my future wife. Is this kind of reception you provide to your customers? I am going to file a strong complaint against reliance and your store in consumer grievance today. I want strict action to be taken against this person, expecting your positive reply tomorrow morning. Prashant 9870250xxx

Strict action to be taken against this person and the outlet should be closed or pay some penalty to me
