i booked maruti desire vxi on 24.10.2014. on that day i was told that if i book the car and make payment of the car within that month, i shall be given a discount voucher of rs. 2100/- this was confirmed by s.das 987424xxx. i made all the arrangements of payment but they failed to deliver the car by that month. when i was going for another car mr.das told that the offers will be valid even after that month. but as soon as i completed my payment, he refused to allow that discount and even told to return the car. after walking a mile, taking loan for the car how could i return the car? he cheated on me and is a fraud.
I may be immediately allowed the discount coupon of 2100/- as promised and an action from maruti suzuki against mr. subhasish bose and s.das who both deceived customers with false promises.while delivering the car it was not even cleaned properly, so make arrangements for its proper servicing.
