Aquasure Crystal – Machine was defective No response

I had purchased an Aquasure Crystal ((Sr. No. 2221105448004648)from R mall outlet of Croma, Ghodbunder Road on 25 May 2014. The machine was defective and within a month it stopped operation. Technician visited and diagnosed faulty motherboard.Even after 15 days of incessant phone calls to both Croma and Eureka Forbes, I did not receive any cooperation and support. I demanded for a re-placement of machine since motherboard is the heart of the unit and a repaired unit is liable to fail every now and then. EF agreed to replace faulty motherboard with a brand new one. But I was shocked to see an old motherboard was sent with technician. Case still un-resolved. EF and Croma harassed me and cheated me which put me under lot of stress for a simple faulty equipment which should have been replaced

Since the motherboard is the heart of the unit, repairing it or replacing it with an old one will not be equivalent to the brand new machine which I have paid for. I want the faulty unit to be replaced with a brand new one at the earliest without any cost to me.
