Sony India laptop – Not working fine dealer not responding

Dear Team I have taken new Sony India laptop from Nehru place Dealer SAURAV GUPTA, S J COMMUNICATIONS,C/O S J COMMUNICATIONS G-4/49-50 RED ROSE BUILDING NEHRU PLACE NEW DELHI,DELHI India on 12/07/2014 and when i use the laptop that was not working fine and the product was faulty.I tried almost 200 times dealers contact numbers but that was continously ringing/swithed off/nt rchbl. Yesterday i went to dealers shop @ nehru place, there was no responsible person on the shop and owners father was not taking any responsibility they said owner is out of station and will come after2-3 days..First they were not ready to accept the problem , when i showed them the problem live then they accepted but still he said will try to install the drivers and for this you have to go to Service Centre , i told them this is the new product and why should i go to service centrer, they were so rude and unprofessional and when i spoke to owner for this he was so illiterate, unprofessional and dont know how to talk with customised have a record conversation for this.Dealer owner’s father told clearly that they cannot do anything for this after so much of harrasment i went to service centre , they cheeked and said there is a hardware issue in your laptop ,after so much of conversation hardly got ready to replace the product as i spoke to one of SONY Manager AMEYA SUDHIR SHAMBHUDAS SONY INDIA PVT LTD A-31 MATHURA ROAD MOHAN CO OP INDL ESTATE NEW DELHI 110044 He checked with his manager and assured me to provide the new product by saturday.My question is why they cannot take action against the dealer if dealer is not behaving in proper manner with the customers, Even if they are Authorised dealer by SONY INDIA then why they dont have any sales manager from SONY INDIA , this a big fault against the SONY as SONY INDIA is a big brand and we know only SONY as a brand, SONY is spoiling name as a brand and nothing is going with dealer, as i came to know this so called authorised dealer is not having a good name in market even their employees were saying bad words for this dealer. WHy dealer was not refunding the money or replacing the product, is the way of sales.I want a quick action agaianst the dealer Regards
