Dear sir I have a bank account in pnb bank kanina having account number 0735000103311428.I wish to draw some money by atm on11 Feb.money was not withdrawal from atm but balance deduced from account. Money was refunded on 08may after so many complaints raised to bank manager, customer care ,ccso by phone email etc I also lodged complaints on your website wide complaint number 79548.1.2014 .but the bank customer care told me that you will get 100 rupess per day extra till your refund is made to you.but they refund only they deduced from my account.
