2G data plan was already activated on my AIRTEL prepaid mobile & validity of same plan was up to 13.08.2013. I lodged a request on 13.08.13 to upgrade from 2G to 3G with DATA plan of Rs99 for a month. Subsequently AIRTEL debited Rs99 from my prepaid balance. Then i got a SMS from AIRTEL – 3G bill plan will be activated on your airtel mobile within 4hrs and you will receive a confirmation SMS. But entire one day has passed & still i am waiting for confirmation SMS & 3G service to be activated. Mean while AIRTEL arbitrarily deducted additional Rs 125 on 14.08.13 automatically from my prepaid balance against renewal of 2G DATA plan for a month. This is not the end of their irregularity & chaos, now i am unable to even speak to customer care representative over phone to carry my problem to an upper level. i think they have put my number as blacklisted to speak to customer care. Now i have applied for port this number to any other operator & thinking to get disconnect my AIRTEL digital TV also. This is not according to good business ethics. I am deeply disheartened with this type of service, it is totally unexpected with a brand name like AIRTEL.
