Hi, I bough a Micromax Aisha A52 phone form flipkart.com. Currently the phone is crashed and this is in warranty period. So, I go to M/S Vijay Pal Telecom, Micromax service Center, Roorkee and they said the the phone is opened already and we did’t accept this on warranty period. So I say the phone is never opened anywhere but they don’t accept on warranty so i decide take on paid repairing so i give him to 12 Aug 2013 on repairing. But on 14 Aug i go for receiving my phone from service center he said that the phone is already opened we not accept this so i say you go for paid repairing repair that but they don’t.

They are doing R&D on my phone and couldn’t repair and putting the blame back on me saying the phone is already opened we are not repair that. So my question is that where I go for repairing is the service center is not repairing the phone. One other thing I am complaining to flipkart online store customer care they they said we are contact within 48 hours but they don’t. So, I am complaint this form of against Flipkart.com & Micromax Service Center Roorkee.
