I have taken Wi5 Broadband Internet connection. I am using it for last one year. Suddenly in the month of July 2013, they stopped providing internet services. i had recharged for 2 months in advance. I had still 70 days of validity. There is no customer care number also. I wanted my money that i paid for recharging about 1570/- . Please any one suggest how to proceed against the Wi5 company.
