Airtel,Problem in 3G Internet service (Cell No. 8890602900 )

Dear Sir / Ma’am With reference to the subject brought up above, i would like to request you that i have been subscribing Airtel’s 3G internet service for last 6 – 7 months and there was no problem with the service in the aforesaid period. But, from last 15 days, there is an irritating problem in which i have not been getting 3G downloading speed which is really troublesome for me. Nowadays, i am getting 10- 15 KBPS speed while, earlier, i used to get 200 and above KBPS speed with the same plan. I would like to intimate you for your convenience that i have opted Rs- 255/- 3G plan (1GB Data for 01 Month), but the downloading speed is very-very low and i am getting 2G speed. I have lodged this complaint to Customer Care (121) 20 to 30 times, but i have not received any satisfactory response or solution to the problem yet. I have checked my SIM in another 3G compatible mobile, but the problem remains same. I have also got my phone set as per the advice of Customer Care Executives, and have done what i could have done to get 3G speed, but all were waste. I would like to give my location detail for your convenience as under: Location: Bhilwara (Dist. Head quarter, in main City) in Rajasthan State) Sub Locations: In Azad Nagar Colony in Bhilwara City and Near Railways Station where i frequently use the internet) Cell No. 8890602900 I would like to request you also that some of my friends are also using 3G internet service in same location, but they are getting very good speed of 3G. I have already registered my complaint which registration No. is: CMOUD30715158826
