My niece went to purchase a new laptop, were waiting for 2 hrs to collect the product, however when it was delivered in packed condition. When we reached home n started the laptop. It already had information such as photos music etc of previous user. They sold us a used laptop as a new packed piece. The laptop is worth ?81,000/-.

As a consumer we expect a fresh piece of laptop. What we got was a used piece. That is complete breach of trust for the buyer

Compensation and discount and extended warranty on a fresh piece. In addition the company should be punishable so as to not repeat such an act for other consumers, especially young consumers and women. We cannot tolerate such fraudulent retailers to cheat consumers
