Dear Sirs,

I was briefed by the Metlife person in Mumbai Mr. J. Nag that I have to pay a one time premium of Rs. 25,000.00. The company remained silent on the matter of my policy document despite my insistence of not receiving the same whenever they called stating that I have to pay more premiums. This went for until late 2010.
Now I suddenly received a policy termination letter stating the my money is forfeited and I have no balance to claim. I can send the letter scanned or present at the court wherever I would be advised to be present.
I want to present my case myself.
I fervently look up to your good office seeking justice and help me get my hard earned money back from Metlife India Insurance Limited, whose registered office is at Brigade Seshmahal’ 5, Vani Vilas Road, Basavanagudi, Bangalore – 560004 – e.mail: indiaservice@metlife.co.in
