Title: complaint against fraud website sir, i have bought a ladies watch from the website archiesonline.com .when i received the watch they send a used watch having lots of scratches on it.and when i tried to call the customer care they do not respond. i tried to calling all the no which they provided on their website but still no response i receive. i also mail sent them three which they also do not reply .the bill details i attached with my complaint below.

i demanded the company to replace the watch and also they have to gave me min compensation of 2000. because of the company i have to feel ashamed because i have to gave that watch to someone. it results in decrease in my reputation.
