My home loan(AC No 6660004121) has been sanctioned for Rs 1878776/- on 27 Nov 2014. PNBHFL has charged interest on 29 Nov 14 (Rs 1,020/-)and 12 Dec 14 (Rs. 8,113/-)without issuing cheque to SBP builder due to not submission of NOC of building by builder. I personnaly talked to Bank Officers but they told me that interest will be charged as the loan approved. Due to non submission of NOC by builder the cheque is held with Bank (upto 01 Jan 2015).

Due to non submission of NOC by builder and charging the interest by PNB housing finance Ltd I am being mentally harassed.
