ARYA GAS SERVICE – Refuse to take complaints

Dear Regulator, On 20th May 2015, for registering complaint against my LPG distributor ARYA GAS SERVICE, 6M.31-34.JAINA HOUSE.COMML.CPLX DR.MUKHERJEENAGAR NEW DELHI, I have made a call on time 14.34 IST, Duration 3.50 from my mobile number 986827xxx to LPG Helpline call center 18002333555. And ask them to register my complaint regarding the same but before going this i want to take the contact details of Area Manager and Sales Officer who are primarily responsible for such complaint . But the executive who attend my call refuse to gave me contact number . After i ask him to transfer my call to supervisor then also he refuse and disconnect my call without resolving my issues after a duration of 3.50 Minutes. This is a big lapses on front of customer service . Again i made a call to LPG Helpline call center 18002333555 at time 14.38 PM IST on 20th May 2015 from my number 986827xxx ,but talking other executive a duration of 4.12 Minutes, he also not connect my call to his senior and also disconnect my call. Then what is the significance of the call center, why a huge of public money is spent on such tactics. You must punish the said executives and respond me accordingly .
