The sales person Ram Reddy from Hatway booked the new connection with Advance 6 months rental plan and took the Deutsche Bank Cheq #801197 for amount 5730/-. He informed that the connection will be given within one day. After a week Engineer came for installation and told that the wiring is not done. The wiring person is saying he cant put the cable. Its been 3 weeks now i do not have the money refund or the internet connection. I spoke to the Assi Manager Srinivas murthy (+919742268xxx) he asked to send the bill number so that he can refund. Even after sending SMS on mobile he is not responding now they are not picking the call. I even spoke to the manager Srikant (+919742268xxx) Even he is not responding. Customer care people also not responding
I need the amount which i have paid with the loss for these 3 weeks and counting
