Askmebazaar.com – Defected product getting false hopes

Service Company : Askmebazaar.com Product Name : Power Bank 10400 mAh Date of Purchase : 20th Feb 2015 Date of Delivery : 2nd Mar 2015 (which is beyond the EDD) Order No. : AB1211471 I have bought a travel charger on 20th Feb paid using my credit card. We have received the order post the estimated delivery date (1 week post the shipment date) and that too with a defected product. On top, while collecting the delivery the servicemen collected cash of the product as he claimed the product is cash on delivery mode. We have raised concerns on both the issue of the defected product as well the double payment issue. Had asked the Service Company : askmebazaar.com to pickup the order to return it. The servicemen gave a receipt of the return and still im waiting for the payment. Multiple times called customer care and always im getting false hopes for the last 3 months. Im not sure why i need to follow up with service company for the last 3 momths?

Product Cost : INR 699 All Phone Calles Related : ~ INR 100 + Stress Related Issues (after 3-4 times of reach to customer never my money returned back).
