Karbonn – Mobile shut down frequently

Content of mail sent to Karbonn :- his is to inform you that I had purchased a brand new Karbonn Titanium S1+ on 7th February 2015 with IMEI no.1 : 911305352597497 & IMEI no.2 : 9130535297505. This is my 4th mobile from Karbonn brand, which I had purchased for my Father, to be presented as a birthday gift. Since i had purchased it following problem i am facing. 1. Frequently shut down of mobile even without any command. 2. Ram of mobile is always down – there is no any space of installing any new application. Sorry to inform you, that this mobile of karbonn titanium S1+ is worst performer mobile even installed with 1GB of RAM. It always shows low RAM even no any application is running. This is to further inform you that i had visited 2 times to costumer care center for getting any solution. On the sake of solution they told its required to changed software – which has been done twice till date and also even they had changed the original battery with the old one. I want the worth of my money i had payed for this mobile. I request you to either resolve the problem of my mobile or replace the same. I am even ready to pay more money against replacement of this mobile with a good higher model, because as of now this mobile is just a dummy for any one who is using this. I want the worth of my money i had payed for this mobile. I request you to either resolve the problem of my mobile or replace the same. I am even ready to pay more money against replacement of this mobile with a good higher model, because as of now this mobile is just a dummy for any one who is using this.
