I order a Fastrack Laptop bag (Order ID: AB2360158) for Rs.479 on the date 21st April 2015 which was delivered on 30th April 2015. On receiving the product I found that the product was not a genuine one and filed a complaint to the company for a refund via mobile on the given contact number of Askmebazaar. I previously filed a complaint to Askmebazaar for cancellation of the product delivery as they were taking too long to deliver the product, for this complaint I received a complaint no. QRC421395 and I gave my bank account details for further transaction. After 2-3 days of filing the complaint I got a call from Askmebazaar asking me if I want to cancel the product delivery or want a refund and to which I replied that I would like to receive the refund, to this the askmebazaar associate said that the product will be reverse picked up in 2-3 days and after the reverse product the refund will be processed and a new complaint number was given to me (QRC436860) . The reverse pickup was processed on 02nd May 2015 by an agent of Delhivery courier service. I again called to askmebazaar and enquired of the refund to which the askmebazaar associate replied that the have lost my bank account details and that they again want it , so I again provided the details and was told that the refund will be processed by 26th May 2015. On 26th May 2015 when I again called the askmebazaar the associate told me that they again want 2-3 days for the refund processing, so I waited till 29th May 2015. On contacting the askmebazaar again on 29th May 2015 the associate again said that they want 2-3 days more for processing the refund. Since then I have been repeatedly calling askmebazaar and now they don’t pickup the call. On contacting the askmebazaar on 02-Jun-2015 by using another contact number the associate apologized for such delay and again allocated me another complaint number for refund QRC27990692, and yet the refund amount had not been deposited in my bank account.

I want the refund amount which is Rs.479 to be returned, plus the mobile balance deducted which is Rs.50 if possible.
