I am a Passenger who cancelled the booking from Kathmandu to Delhi against PNR ZCWI3K on 27 April. I had put very valid and confirmed request on 27th April, 2015 for refund of balance amount after cancellation. I have been getting several information from Spice Jet that refund shall be made in upcoming working days. (Mail from spice jet dated 5th May), within 15 days. (Mail from spice jet dated 10th May) and now within 10 days (mail from Spice Jet dated 22nd May, 2015). Till today i.e. after 37 days from cancellation, Spice Jet failed to honor its commitment and has not refunded the amount INR 19509.

I have to follow up continuously with Spice Jet which is creating mental harassment to me. I am also doubtful on intention of Spice Jet. I had booked the Air Ticket through Credit Card for which I am paying huge interest.
