In reference to my earlier Complaint for non-refund of Rs. 299.00 of my prepaid order and mental tension given by the online seller AskmeBazaar, the seller contacted me on 21.02.2015 to settle the issue. They provided me 02 coupons each Rs. 500.00 and requested me to shop from their website using these coupons and for closing the complaint.

I accepted their offer to resolve the issue and used both the coupons for new purchase. The new order number AB1224644 for wrist watch worth Rs. 499.00 and AB1224723 for Prestige Omega Deluxe Induction Base Cookware Set Of 3 Pcs worth Rs. 1499.00 were created by the seller. Still I’m waiting for wrist watch however today received Prestige Omega Deluxe Induction Base Cookware Set Of 3 Pcs against order no. AB1224723. After opening the box I was surprised and shocked that that all the 3 pieces were badly damaged. These were just scrap. I informed immediately to AskmeBazaar’s customer care and complaint no. given by him is QRC 145697. But neither they are confirming it on my email nor on mobile number. It looks that the seller is a big FRAUD.
