I am Shivang Gupta, I booked am Ola cab today i.e 1-Mar-2015 at 02:34 PM, My pickup time was 03:48 PM , on 1-March_2015. I Called the driver many time on the number which was sent to me on my registered phone number, but it was switched off. His name is Jagdish – 9654056118. Just because of company reputation I waited on my pickup location for about an hour. but no one came to pick me up. I called the customer care too, they were but they didn’t picked my call. when later I called the driver at 5 P.M , He talked to me rudely , and said he was not on duty at that time, and My pickup details was not sent to him.

Due to this I Missed My train, and I have to leave for my Home Town for Holi Vacations, I missed it. and Also my college was closed due to Swine Flu, and we do not have the permission to stay in college hostel. As I am a college student, I do not get much time to go home. All my vacations get ruined. I have to stay at my friend house. I want compensation for what in comfort they have caused to me emotionally and mentally.
